Are you passionate about the world of media and news? Do you dream about spreading your wings in an agile agency that is as experienced as disruptive and part of a large and growing international group? Then, perhaps without knowing it, you are eager to join WMH Project Brussels (formerly known as Vademecom)!

Why join us?

  • Created in 2004, WMH Project Brussels is a 360° communications agency that has been growing steadily, thanks to the renewed confidence of its clients in all sectors (Health, FMCG, High-Tech, Automotive, NGOs, Institutions, etc.).
  • Our strength comes from the ability to cover a large scope of expertise: strategy consulting and coaching, digital communications, content production, motion and graphic design, press relations, spatial design and event organisation.
  • The agency has just been bought up: a great opportunity for you to influence the future of our company and develop your role and department.
  • It’s the right moment to join us as we are investing a lot in building our PR team.

Who will you be working for?

  • You will be part of a highly collaborative and positive-minded team of 20 dedicated communication people in Brussels (350+ within the group).
  • We are true, precise and human... Those are not just the group’s values: it’s a fact.
  • Trust is a keyword for us and we definitely are ‘doers’.
  • You will work in great autonomy and your Manager will invest in you while we guarantee you will learn something new every day.

Your responsibilities

  • With 1 to 3 years of experience in press relations (ideally in an agency), you will support our clients, ranging from one-man companies to the European Commission.
  • Under the guidance of a PR Manager and Director, you will follow up with journalists and have regular contact with the press; write press releases and dossiers; organise press conferences, interview rounds, expert round tables, press trips, etc.
  • Just like us, you are a 'doer'!
  • You have the passion and talent to write in a variety of form.
  • You are creative, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Because we live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, you obviously speak the two main national languages as well as English.

Our offer

You will join a dynamic team and be surrounded by colleagues who are tackling the challenges of a rapidly changing world every day. You will face the future with serenity, not only with an attractive salary, but also with extra-legal benefits:

  • mobility plan
  • hospital insurance
  • meal vouchers
  • eco-cheques
  • trainings.

Flexible working conditions but also, and above all, numerous opportunities for career growth.

Our location is ideal, next to the Pétillon metro/tram station.

Possible parking spaces as well.

Send your CV and cover letter in the format of your choice to Vincent Morrens, Head of Media Relations: If there is a match, you will be able to spend one day in our offices to meet everyone and feel the atmosphere.
